Topping:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
Fruit & Nuts:
  • 2 medium apples, thinly sliced Granny Smith or Honeycrisp
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts optional
  • 1/4 tbsp cinnamon optional, for dusting apples

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
    Press the refrigerated sugar cookie dough evenly into a 12-inch pizza pan. If using a baking sheet, form the dough into a large round shape.
    Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow the cookie crust to cool completely before adding the toppings.

  2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Spread:
    In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to mix until smooth and creamy.

    Once the cookie crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
